A digital platform
The struggle is real
Danish foundations are struggling to sustain themselves due to heavy workloads, outdated processes, new GDPR rules, and rising costs. This has led to foundation closures and a decline in donations in Denmark. Our objective is to reverse this trend and restore the importance of working for and being involved in foundations.
We set out to rethink the way foundations work.
After securing funding by the end of 2020, our objective was to enhance the initial crude prototype into a comprehensive and delightful platform that encompassed all foundation functions, including administrative tasks, board member duties, and asset management activities traditionally handled by banks. This endeavor aimed to provide an affordable digital solution that consolidated these functions into a single platform, which had not been achieved previously. In mid-2021, we launched the new platform, providing foundations with a centralized access point for all their foundation-related needs.

Revolutionizing the foundation industry
The digitization of work aims to improve user experience, transitioning from utility to delight for administrators and board members alike. Working for a traditional, conservative foundation can be overwhelming and tiring. Customers who use Grant Compass feel more productive, and employees have regained appreciation for their work.
